Returns and Service - RMA Procedure
Infinity Firearms now requires a RMA authorization number on the outside of each package if you are returning product to the factory for any reason, including warranty service. Please email us at info@sviguns.com or call the factory at 800-928-1911 to obtain an RMA number. If you email, please describe the reason for the return (including serial number if it's a firearm).
The factory is using the RMA process to track each return, and provide you with improved service. If you inquire about the status of a return, please include the RMA number in your correspondence.
Returning merchandise to the factory without obtaining an RMA number in advance will result in a delay in processing your request.
We are currently developing a system which will allow customers to submit and track RMAs on-line. Please contact us by phone or email to use the RMA system until we release that feature on this web site.
Shipping Firearms
Federal laws allows our individuals to ship firearms directly to us for service or repair. Do not use the US Postal Service to ship a firearm, as this is a violation of federal law. Utilize a common carrier such as UPS or Federal Express, and be sure to comply with your shipper's regulations regarding firearms. Most (perhaps all) shippers, including UPS and Federal Express offer on-line package tracking so you can confirm arrival of your package at the factory.
Magazine Sales
Infinity Firearms will sell complete magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds as long as it remains lawful for us to do so.
While knowledge of, and compliance with, state and local laws is primarily the responsibility of the buyer, Infinity Firearms will not sell magazines with a capacity greater than proscribed limits civilian customers in those jurisdictions where a state or local ordinances prohibits sale and/or possession of these items.
We will NOT ship magazines exceeding lawful limits to civilian customers in California (10 round limit), Hawaii (10 round limit), Massachusetts(10 round limit), New York (10 round limit), New Jersey (15 round limit), Maryland (20 round limit) or Washington, DC. Law enforcement and government orders from these jurisdictions are subject to specific documentation requirements, and limited to official purchases only.
Please do not attempt to purchase large capacity magazines from Infinity Firearms if you reside in a location where you may not legally possess them.
