You are not logged into the Gunbuilder / RMA system. You need to login to your account using the link at the top of this page. If you do not have an account, use that link to create one free of charge.

Please read ALL the FAQ page before emailing us, this allows us to spend more time building guns instead of answering previously answered questions.
Please email info@sviguns.com if you have any questions regarding the Gunbuilder. If you have a question about a particular design, please select your design from your account (see the Your Design link) listing, and select "Describe Gun" by your design. You will be able to submit a message directly to the factory. The system will maintain an archive of all communications between you and the factory with the design.

Return Merchandise Authorization Support

Please use the on-line system for obtaining an RMA number, and for tracking the status of an existing RMA. Once the RMA is "in the system", all communications between the customer and the factory are archived with the RMA, and the factory is automatically alerted to any new customer questions which have been submitted.
